Training and Skills Technology: Tracks

Technology training teaches the young people we hire the skills and knowledge essential to managers responsible for major Total projects or sites. It rounds out their initial training by providing them with both theoretical knowledge and skills in the use of Exploration & Production technology and resources. Technology training is central to our professional disciplines and identity. Université Total sponsors two programs:  • Geosciences Passport, a lengthy, two-to-four-year program that alternates classroom instruction and on-the-job training, theory and practice.    • A customized On-the-Job Training program, which fills out the technical knowledge of participants and teaches them, on the job, the skills required for Exploration & Production occupations.
