Training and Skills

 

Cross-cultural awareness and diversity represent two core focuses, closely connected to Total’s policy of developing a more international workforce. With that in mind, Training is working on introducing new courses to enhance the ability of each of us to communicate and work in multicultural settings, whether as project managers or in our dealings with local external stakeholders or institutional, management and other contacts.
